I had initially provided a one star review since I couldn’t figure out how the QR code and QR code chimp worked, but customer service was able to walk me through the process.
Although I do believe this could be more user friendly or provide better instructions upfront, overall I’m happy with the purchase. Shaggy loves his tag and appears to be durable.
Hi Jonathan, I'm so sorry for the frustration! Did you have a QR Code already that you wanted added to your tag? We do offer that as an option, and we add a note to the order page stating that if you have a QR code you want us to use that you can send it to use via email.
Most customers do not already have a QR code pet profile, so we send an unclaimed QR code which is claimed at the time it is received and then they set the profile up to their preferences.
