The tag seems to be a nice silicone that doesn’t rip easily and doesn’t make noise that noise, my dog or me on walks. It would be five stars if the S clips both didn’t break, but it’s four stars because customer service is sending new ones that hopefully will stay

If I could give these tags 10 stars I would. I'm someone who works from home and have to film a lot of content for my company. I love that these tags are completely silent - I no longer have to edit out jangling collars! Additionally, we have a lake on property which means GOOSE POOP. My dogs love to roll in it. It's disgusting...BUT the material of these tags is top-notch! One quick wipe with a Clorox wipe and we're good to go! No more stinky collars and tags!
I'm a paranoid dog mom, so when I saw these emergency tags I was all for it! It gives me peace of mind knowing that my emergency contact will be connected in case of an emergency! I'm even thinking of buying another one of these to attach to my horse's bridle in case I fall while riding, that way if someone else catches him before I can, they'll know who to call!

I came across Besties at Corgi Beach Day and then Goldie Palooza. The husband and wife owners are super sweet and helpful. These tags are cute, don’t make noise and have all the info I wanted on them. Highly recommend.
It’s so refreshing to have quality options when it comes to my pets. I always thought I was limited to the 4 tags at big box pet stores that haven’t changed in 15 years! My dog used to chew on her tags all the time and I have not noticed her chewing this tag and it almost feels like she doesn’t notice it since it sits quietly on her collar. Was also fun making a little page for her QR code
I’ve gotten multiple dog tags for my pup but this is by far the best and most durable one. He wears it on his harness every day and it was previously on his collar. Not a single scratch or blemish, vibrant colors. 10/10 absolutely recommend and will likely order more in the future!
