Which size tag should I get for my pet?
Our tags are available in sizes perfect for both dogs and cats.
- Dog tags feature a .75" split keyring and hang around 2" from the collar.
- We offer an assortment of mini tags in our best-selling colors and designs. These are a great option for smaller pups and cats.
- Cat tags feature a .5" split keyring and hang around 1.5" from the collar.
Feline like a rule breaker? We often see larger cats wearing our dog tags.
Doggone sick of being told what to wear? Our cat tags are super popular with fashion forward pups.
What size collar should I get for my cat?
Our cat collars are adjustable and feature a patented buckle design for a secure and purrfect fit for adult cats. A snug fit is comfier and safer for your cat. A collar that is not fitted properly can bring safety issues for your cat.

Our dog collars are adjustable and come in three sizes to fit any dog from a mini dachshund to a rottweiler.

What size leash should I get for my dog?
Our leashes come in 3 lengths, and are adjustable. The leash can effortlessly change from long length to short by simply unhooking the clasp from the handle and hooking it to the d-ring closest to the bottom of the leash.

How long will it take for me to receive my tag?
We ship your custom engraved tags same day or next day!
Each item will be packed with care and shipped to you from sunny California! Once your package is in the mail allow for the following transit times:
Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping - 2 to 5 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
Expedited Shipping - 2 to 5 business days

How durable are the tags?
We use premium materials and strive to provide you with adorable and durable products. However, please keep in mind our tags are not indestructible and they are not chew proof.
Our tags are designed to be extremely durable, but the sharpest of teeth could potentially do some damage. We recommend affixing the tag directly to the collar, keeping it as close to their neck as possible, so that your pet cannot reach it.
If your pet is a tag chewer, it's recommended you move the tag to a harness or a collar reserved for special occasions.
If any damage does occur with the tag, please let us know and we will do our best to help!

What's your Return / Exchange policy?
Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to create, we don't accept returns. If we make a typo mistake (i.e. pet's name, phone number, address) we will send you a replacement tag right away.
If you feel that you have received a defective product, please reach out to us. We're happy to help!
Non-customized products can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it, in brand new condition. To process a return, please reach out to use at support@bestiespets.com
