I ordered a custom ID tag for my pointer because he has scratched mine and my partners phone numbers off of multiple metal tags. After over a month with his new Bestie tag, he somehow managed slip it off of his collar and it broke. After a quick chat with Besties customer support, they were sending me a new one - free of charge. Besties has been one of the kindest and easiest companies I have ever interacted with, and I will be continuing to purchase their products!!
The design your own tag was very easy sent my ideas and they used the exact picture I sent to make my tag. I got an email back the same day I made my order (on a weekend no less). They responded to emails super quick. Struggled when I go the tag to set up the QR code. It kept telling me I already had an account. Not even sure what I did but after a couple hours it finally let me claim the QR code which I didn’t even try to set up until a week after I got the tags. So prepare for that. Anyways super cute.
