Processing Time

All orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Saturday, excluding major holidays.


Where We Ship From

All orders ship from Southern California, USA.


U.S. Shipping

We ship within the United States using USPS. Available shipping options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout and may include:

  • Economy (5–10 business days)
  • Standard (3–7 business days)
  • USPS Priority (2–3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Express (1–2 business days)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after processing is complete.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Carrier delays are outside of our control, but if your package seems delayed or stuck, reach out — we’re always happy to help.


Lost Packages & Address Issues

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to resend.

Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery are not our responsibility. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
