Which size/style tag should I get for my pet?
Our tags are available in sizes perfect for both dogs and cats.
Feline like a rule breaker? We often see larger cats wearing our dog tags. Doggone sick of being told what to wear? Our cat tags are super popular with fashion forward pups.
Dog Tags
Classic dog tags feature a .75" split keyring and hang around 2" from the collar.
Mini Tags
We offer an assortment of mini tags in our best-selling colors and designs. These are a great option for smaller pups and cats.
Cat Tags
Cat tags feature a .5" split keyring and hang around 1.5" from the collar.
What's the difference between our slide-on + airtag options?
If you love a sleek, understated look, the original airtag holder is for you. If you want maximum contrast and readability, go for the slide-on airtag version. And if you don't use Apple airtag? Check out our slim slide-on.
Original AirTag holder
The original AirTag holder is a single colour of silicone with a wider, flat silhouette and a minimal aesthetic. Great if you prefer a low-profile look.
Slide-on AirTag holder
The slide-on AirTag holder features two layers of silicone in a compact button shape, which creates stronger colour contrast and better legibility for your pet's details.
Slim Slide-on Tag
The slim slide-on tag has all the same personalisation and jingle-free benefits as our classic slide-on, but with no airtag holder. Also available in mini size.

What size collar should I get for my dog?
Our dog collars are adjustable and come in three sizes to fit any dog from a mini dachshund to a rottweiler.
Small: Neck Circumference = 11''-15''. Strap Width = 3/4".
Medium: Neck Circumference = 13''-18''. Strap Width = 1".
Large: Neck Circumference = 17''-24''. Strap Width = 1".

What size leash should I get for my dog?
Our leashes come in 3 lengths, and are adjustable. The leash can effortlessly change from long length to short by simply unhooking the clasp from the handle and hooking it to the d-ring closest to the bottom of the leash.
Small: Regular length position measures 52". Short leash adjustment measures 33". Strap width - 3/4"
Medium: Regular length position measures 64". Short leash adjustment measures 39". Strap width - 1"
Large: Regular length position measures 75". Short leash adjustment measures 45". Strap width - 1"

We ship your custom engraved tags same day or next day! Each item will be packed with care and shipped to you from sunny California.
Once your package is in the mail allow for the following transit times:
Standard Shipping- 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping- 2 to 5 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
If your package seems to be delayed in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to help track it down.
Absolutely! Please enter your address in during checkout and the fees will be calculated automatically.
Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to create, we don't accept returns. If we make a typo mistake (i.e. pet's name, phone number, address) we will send you a replacement tag right away.

Non-customized products can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it, in brand new condition.To process a return, please visit our return portal in the help center.
