We ship your custom engraved tags same day or next day! Each item will be packed with care and shipped to you from sunny California.
Once your package is in the mail allow for the following transit times:
Standard Shipping- 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping- 2 to 5 business days
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day
If your package seems to be delayed in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to help track it down.
Absolutely! Please enter your address in during checkout and the fees will be calculated automatically.
Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to create, we don't accept returns. If we make a typo mistake (i.e. pet's name, phone number, address) we will send you a replacement tag right away.
If you feel that you have received a defective product, please reach out to us. We're happy to help!
Non-customized products can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it, in brand new condition.To process a return, please visit our return portal in the help center.
