The 3 tags look great! I am so pleased with them. The set-up website for the QR code is, however, not as great--difficult to set up. I have used tags with QR codes before and they were much easier. Some really good instructions would have been helpful, as the names of the fields are not always intuitive and it's set up so that the headers sometimes stay when you type into it (my dog was named RinPet's Name) and the fields don't stay in place either--when you type, they move based on how long the typing is. So I give the tags themselves 5 stars, I give the terrific customer service 5 stars, but I give the QR code website 3 stars.

Besties tags are so great because they can take any type of abuse my pup puts them thru!! They are worth every penny!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The dog tag ordered for Charlie is high quality and clear writing, vibrant color (i ordered red). The small "s" clip is great'; no struggling putting the tag on the collar. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone needed a "noiseless", high quality tag.
